This is a ground-floor apartment with original vaulted ceilings. The apartment is equipped with its own spacious bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 people. The living area has a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed and an equipped minibar. In the bedroom we have a double bed and a bunk bed.
The apartment is non-smoking and without pets!

Kitchen equipment: Crockery, cutlery, cooking pot, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, Living room equipment: Flat TV, board games, books, sofa bed, minibar, robotic vacuum cleaner. Bathroom equipment: Shower, toilet, sink, step and potty for children, hair dryer, iron, soap for everyone, towel and bath towel. Equipment of the 1st bedroom: double bed, possibility to rent a cot, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bunk bed Exterior equipment: Sitting area with fireplace / grill, garden house with lock for storing bicycles, skis, etc., free parking for 3 cars
Minimum stay is possible for 2 nights. During the summer holidays we prefer weekly stays with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation 14 – 7 days before arrival, the client will pay the apartment operator 50% of the price of the booked accommodation.
In case of cancellation 6 – 2 days before arrival, the client will pay the apartment operator 70% of the price of the booked accommodation.
In case of cancellation 1 – 0 days before arrival, the client will pay the apartment operator 100% of the price of the booked accommodation.
